Posted after station has recovered from a power outage

NOTE on Power/Internet Outages:
While we strive to announce station downtime, when electrical power is lost our internet is also lost and often with no warning. Because of this, a power outage banner is not practical.

If you notice that the station has not been updated in the last 5 minutes and our streaming webcam server is offline, that is a good indicator that our power is off and our emergency
battery backup system has run out of power requiring all system hardware to be shutdown until power is restored.
